Return/Refund Policy: Freeze Frame Publishing does not offer refunds on custom printed products except in the event of a manufacturing defect. We will offer a full replacement or refund in the event of a defect upon return of the defected product. You must inform us  of the defect within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us  to arrange the return of your product.

Cancellation Policy: Please be sure you are ready to place your order before submitting your completed project to us. Freeze Frame Publishing does not accept cancellations on orders. If an order is placed unintentionally, please contact us  immediately to prevent processing of your order and a charge to your credit card.
