Custom Calendars for Your Fund Raisers

Are you looking for a new fund raising product? Have you considered selling Customized Photo Calendars?

Customized calendars, using Freeze Frame Publishing's calendar software, may be the perfect solution to meet your group's fund raising goals.

Choose a calendar size. You have four different sizes from which to choose. (Please see our blog post Which Calendar Size to Choose for more information.) Sell advertising. There are several ways to sell advertising: exclusive month sponsorships; shared month sponsorships; day sponsorships, day sponsorships with a note.

Suppose your athletic group wants to raise funds for new uniforms this year. For this scenario we will use the 11" x 17" Centerfold calendar. Team members take 100 orders for their customized calendar. This calendar retails for $18.99. With a 25% group rate discount (See products and pricing page for more information. For orders over 100, please contact us for pricing.) and selling no ads, your group can earn $474.75 towards new uniforms.

Now let's suppose you sell Day Sponsorships for $20. One hundred day sponsorships are sold to parents and local businesses amounting to an additional $2,000 for your team. Perhaps you sell ten Day Sponsorships with a special Note for $25 each. That could generate an additional $250 towards your team uniforms.



Another idea is to sell shared month sponsorships. You determine the number and size of ads to be sold in this manner. Suppose you sell 25 Shared Month Sponsorships at $50 each. That will generate $1250 for your team.


Another idea is to sell Exclusive Month Sponsorships. Suppose you sell five Exclusive Month Sponsorships for $200. That would generate $1,000.

To recap our example:
100 day-sponsors x $ 20 = $2,000
10 day-with-note x $ 25 = $ 250
25 shared-month x $ 50 = $1,250
5 exclusive- month x $200 = $1,000

100 calendars sold (group rate) = $474

Total: $4,974 for your group or organization.

Which Calendar Size to Choose?

Perhaps you'd like to create a customized Family Calendar, or maybe a customized Fund Raising Calendar, or maybe a customized Business Calendar. What size calendar will best fit your needs? This blog post is dedicated to helping you choose.

Let's get started! Open the cards and calendar program on your desk top. Choose New Calendar at the opening prompt.

You will find four calendar options. The sizes of the calendars are located on the top tool bar of the calendar program. When you click on a calendar tab (as illustrated by the red oval in the picture above) a description of that sized calendar appears at the bottom of the screen. Within each size calendar, there are several templates from which to choose but please remember: Freeze Frame software is customizable. You can change each and every page of your calendar if you choose!

The 11" x 17" centerfold is our most popular calendar. It is priced at $18.99. When hung on a wall, the calendar is 11" x 17". The spiral binding in the center allows for folding to an 8.5" x 11" size. This calendar is more compact for saving while having a large picture area for displaying. This size calendar works very well for fund raisers. There is plenty of area for advertising and sponsorship; it is easy to store and easy deliver to your customers. This calendar allows for full-bleed pictures on either sheet but not over the entire calendar.


Our 11" x 17" full-sheet calendar has the same space for pictures as our center fold calendar but this calendar is printed on a full sheet and does not bend in the center. The spiral binding is at the top. This calendar option allows for one full-bleed picture to cover the entire page area. This size is priced at $27.99.


Our 8.5" by 11" calendar is our most compact calendar. It has a spiral binding at the top. It is the size of a standard sheet of printer paper. This calendar size also allows you to place one full-bleed picture over the entire page area. This size calendar is priced at $14.99.


Our biggest calendar is our 12" x 18" full-sheet calendar. It is spiral bound at the top. This is a popular sized calendar for fund raising also. Like all of our other calendar sizes (except 11" x 17" centerfold), you have the option of placing one full-bleed picture over the entire page area. It is priced at $27.99.
